Take cap Nasollerin 1cap three times a day and chew Koflet lozenges 1tab 3 times a day. Avoid sweets and oil fried food and cold and refrigerated food. Drink boiled and cooled water.

inspite of these if your cough persists and is associated with expectoration then antibiotics might be required.

I cannot find the composition of this product. It could be for increasing breast milk. There should be no harm in taking it along with other medicines. At best, you can keep a gap of 2 hours between their intake.

Take protein rich in diet. Diet rich in eggs, sprouts, dhall, capsules lactare 2 capsules for 3 times a day plus stress free make your mind calm. Think positive.

Breast pain can be due to man-handling ,wearing tight garments, injury, cyst, tumour etc
If this is at the time of menstruation it is due to hormonal changes in your body.
For breast pain take belladonna 30 - one dose when required.
For dryness of throat it could be due to gas - focus on clearance of bowels daily.

Please take hepar sulph 30 - 3 hourly for next 2 days
do not gargle
avoid spicy foods/cold drinks
