Hello,
it appears that that though you have been diagnosed with sensory axonal neuropathy, the cause has not been detected. Gabawin (pregabalin) is used for relieving the pain associated with the neuropathy, I do not know whether you are having pain or owhat are the other symptoms. So if you are not having pain arising from diseased nerves its not going to help. Neurobione is probably helping by repiar of nerves and should be ok. With thr details you have provided thats all I can say.

Pregabalin is better but it has more side effects like dizziness and vertigo. If you can tolerate pregabalin is better.

It sounds like you are experiencing severe gastric symptoms, body pain, and sleeplessness. I'm glad to hear that you have already undergone some tests and evaluations to rule out any underlying medical conditions. The medications you have been prescribed, cintapro 1 mg and gabawin 25 mg, can be effective in treating your symptoms.
Cintapro is a medication that helps to reduce the production of stomach acid, which can help alleviate gastric symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, and heart...more

this can be achieved by Ayurveda external therapy like abhyanga, kizhi, dhaara etc. along with strictly guided exercise/yoga. any wrong exercise will make your condition worse.
eat good to avoid constipation. constipation increase disc related pain.
maintain good posture ...more

Back pain more than 6 - 10 weeks require MIPI as first best treatment. Physio and pain medications may not work. You can further discuss it in detail with me on phone or over internet.
