Olmesartan is one of the newer molecules for treatment of high blood pressure. It ha no action of blood glucose. Increase in after food glucose level is directly depending on the quantity food that one takes. More if eat, post food level is bound to go up quite a few mg. Olmesartan is a very good drug for controlling high BP. Thanks.

Gaba supplements are not primary treatment for anxiety and not well studied. Gabapentin is totally a different drug. For anxiety serotonin is more implicated than gaba, so do not self medicate, but consult a psychiatrist, get your anxiety symptoms properly evaluated and then take appropriate treatment.

Hello lybrate-user
looking at your problems and the treatment you are undergoing, it seems it is a bit of overkill.
The vertigo you have mentioned is not true vertigo. In fact it is possibly a side effect of the drugs you are taking. Correct exercises is the key to neck and shoulder pains. And an alteration to your medicines prescription is needed.
You are already undergoing treatment from another doctor (hopefully an orthopaedician ). I cannot advice on changing your prescription he...more
