Hi lybrate-user
you are experiencing erectile dysfunction as an adverse effect of the medicines you are consuming for slip disc. There is no vitamin or mineral which can reverse the ed caused by a drug. I would request you to consult your orthopedician or neurologist to suggest you some pill which can help you in getting the erection better, other option is surgical correction (?discectomy) of the slip disc and get rid of the medicines.
I wish you get well soon!

1. Neck stretch
keep your body straight.
Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat.
Softly tense the neck muscles.
