Dear Deepak,
Amitriptyline takes 2-3 weeks to start its action. It works only at a particular dose that will be built every 2-3 weeks by your doctor. If you still don't respond, the doctor will shift to more effective drug. You don't need clonazepam at this young age of 21 years.

It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not
sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting,
stress, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure,
tumor etc. Do

Take adequate night sleep
2.
Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache

spend 15-20 min in exercise
apply lavender oil on your palm, smell will help you to relax
eat omega 3 fish oil capsules seacod for 1 month than contact me
meditation has important role to reduce anxiety
