The symptoms of peripheral neuropathy like burning pain or irritation, those can be effectively controlled by using certain medications like gabapentine, pragabalin & methylcobalamineetc. But it is difficult to "cure" those. There could be multiple reasons for your pain. It is important to understand whether your pain is arising from neck, thoracic spine, digestive sysmtem (esophageal disorders) or cardiac (heart) cause.
