What are benfotiamine, inositol, alpha lipoic acid, methylcobalamin & chromium picolinate and can it be given to anyone who is low in energy or bodybuilding and if its given to anyone could there be any serious side effects and till when those side effects will be there the dosage of the above vitamins are: Benfotiamine-150 mg Methylcobalamin-1500mcg Inositol-150mg Chromium picolinate-200mcg Alpha lipoic acid-100mg Do these vitamins have also side effects like they interfere with the concentration as I have heard these are given to alcoholics also.

You can take folicacid medication and it is a water soluble tablet and any extra dose will be excreted out of the body

I am asking for my mother she is 67 years old and diagnosed with diabetics last 3 months since then her weight is reduced, pain in legs from knee to toe can't sit down and stand up properly. She is taking metformin 1000 mg tablet and gabamax gold with pregabalin, methylcobalamin. Somewhere sugar levels are reduced from 250 to 150 by medicine but doctor is unable to tell that why she can't walk stretch and sit up down properly after having medicine 3 months of dosage sometimes we felt that she is not suffering from diabetics and the problem is something else.
