Cause may be improper blood supply and solution is cold and hot water sikai
keep two small bucket with you and two towel put one in ice water and other in warm water
start with cold water and change to hot water do it for 5-10 mins 4 times in a day I think that will help in your pain.

If u sitting in the chair for a long hour then your pain reason could be trigger points r developing in the shoulder region.
Go for myofacial release therapy in physiotherapy departmet and teach some exercises for your back. U will get permanant relief.

It's diabetic Neuropathy. You are already taking medicines for the same. Get NCV, EMG and Biothesiometry done to check the extent ABI is equally important. Dose of aantidiabetics need to be adjusted. Feel free to call or visit my clinic. Regards.

I have seen the details given and drugs being taken. Since you have diabetes, probably neuropathic pain and high BP as well as dyslipidemia, all these drugs are needed. However, there is no mention of the benefits if any because of taking all these drugs. You have not said whether, blood glucose levels are well controlled, (FBG< PP & HbA1c%), not mentioned BP readings and lipid levels. So very difficult to comment anything.
