It's because of betamethasone (a strong steroid) present in fucibet. You need proper guidance on gradual withdrawal of steroid and to prevent side effects & discomfort due to steroid withdrawal.
Please consult in private with detailed history and photographs.

No. Treatment depends on the grade. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello-
No, dare not to. Betamethasone is a steroid ointment that will make your foreskin thick and even more tight once you stop using it. It will make you condition worse. Piles ointment is for piles and not for phimosis. This is when phimosis becomes a medical emergency. It has been linked with an increased risk of ...more

White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). First confirm through a doctor that you have scabies. If you have developed itching only after appying permethrine, then it could be allergy. For which allegra 120 tablet and fucibet at affected area will be helpful. Speak to a physicain to change scabies medicatio to benzyl benzoate or ascabiol or ivermectin medication. Good personal hygiene, avoiding another contact, following instructions properly will help.

Fucibet cream is not for pimples. There is no home remedy other than stopping to use that cream on the face for pimples. You can use aloe vera gel twice daily on the face.
