Before any treatment I need to be assessed and advice is to show a doctor if impetigo is confirmed, it can usually be effectively treated with antibiotics, which may be prescribed in the form of a cream (topical antibiotics) like fusiwal cream or as tablets (oral antibiotics). If the infection is being caused by an underlying skin condition, such as eczema, this may also need to be treated.

Fusidic acid is not used for fungal infections. You will need a anti-fungal ointment/cream or powder depending on the location of your lesions. Also, avoid using synthetic clothes and moist clothes.

If your child has hand foot mouth disease.HFMD,it is a viral disease and will heal in 4-7 days ( at the latest) . You may know that viral disease has no role of antibiotics and you need not unnecessarily worry. YOu should not apply calamine if the skin is broken and apply Fusiwal . Levocet which is already given will reduce the itching and only fever medication is needed if he has fever . It is a self limiting disease . You can privately consult me here in this site

Your sister has an accidental injury and needs to apply a cream like Fusiwal or T-BACT OINTMENT which may be used to avoid bacterial contamination of small wounds, incisions and other clean lesions, and to prevent infection of abrasions and small cuts and wounds.
Understand that the creams will not immediately make wounds heal and deeper wounds need stitching
