Scrotal itching may have various causes. To properly diagnose and treat your condition, I recommend scheduling an in-person or an appointment with a dermatologist. After a thorough examination and possibly some tests, a personalized treatment plan can be made to address the root cause of your symptoms effectively.

You shouldn't use steroid cream without consulting a doctor. There are multiple reasons for vaginal itching. Consult a local gynecologist.

Please do not apply topisal without consultation as it may cause irritation. I would suggest that you do not apply anything except moisturizer (so that the disease is not modified by any topical application) for at least7 days and then consult a dermatologist near you.

Hello.

By the description you have given, it seems to be an allergic reaction which is bothering you.

Apply homoeopathic ointment - Topi Azadirachta as well as Calamine lotion over the affected area.
