-For vit b12 deficiency you have to consume a diet rich in it which is mainly found in non veg foods like organ meats, lean meats & fish, enriched foods like cereals
- also can take a supplement
- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food for acidity, chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals.

Sure you can walk I suggest you to hotwater fermentations that would help you to get relieved from joint pains.
