Hi, many a times, when a skin lesion heals, it heals with a bit hyperpigmentation (dark areas) or hypopigmentation (light colored areas).
Mometasone used for a few days should not cause such a problem. For proper diagnosis and management of these patches, I suggest to consult a dermatologist online or offline.
Stay blessed and safe.

Scabies can easily infect sex partners and other household members. Sharing clothes, towels, and bedding can sometimes spread scabies. This can happen much more easily when the infested pers...more

Have you been prescribed this or you are self medicating? If the skin is looking loose, then that can be treated with simple procedures. After having assessment of why it's also leathery, a suitable procedure can be advised.
Kindly do not use hydrocortisone without any prescription. Using it for such a long time may cause multiple unwanted effects not just on the skin but even inside your eyes. Pls visit an eye specialist to ensure no side effects have occurred.
