Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.

Hi, there is no permanent cure for this, but definitely you can keep this under control by following
1. A strict diet chart
2. Abstinence from alchohol(if u drink).
3. Keep a check on sr uric acid levels. Every 3 or 6 months.

Hello thanks for reaching out.
Your uric acid levels are pretty high, leading to joint pain. Taking uric acid lowering drugs during an acute attack can sometimes lead to increased pain in joints. You instead require anti inflammatory medications, cox 2 inhibitor and colchicine can help. Feel at liberty to contact for a personalised consultation and detailed evaluation.
Important precaution: reduce protein intake in diet. Completely cut out on alcohol and non vegetarian diet.
