I have seen the details mentioned. Tablet Febuxostat will definitely help in reducing uric acid. However, what effect the so called homeo medicine has is difficult to say. Taking it along with Febuxostat is no problem at all. Because most those (homeo)medications are like a placebo. Aapka uric acid bada hua hai, start Tab Furic 40 mgs once a day and see a dietician for uric acid free diet. Also get your Vitamin D levels, RA factor and Anti CCP test(blood tests).Start Tab Mecobal 1500 ug once a day for 1 month for low vitamin B12 levels.

A high uric acid level is considered a risk factor for developing diabetes. In addition, you have blood sugar levels in the pre-diabetic range. Continue glyciphage (metformin). You might need to add febuxostat. Get your diabetologist's advice. By the way, how is your kidney function?

Hi, It would have been beneficial if you had told us since how long you are having this pain. I am assuming your stools are normal and regular.
There are a few causes of right lower abdominal pain:
1) Chronic appendicitis / Grumbling appendicitis
2) pain due to hernia
3) muscle strain
4) Abscess in the lower abdomen or upper thigh area.
