Hi, pls avoid using fourderm since it contains a steroid. Use micogel twice a day for 2 weeks. Avoid sweating. Try to keep skin dry. Wear loose, breathable fabrics. Please visit local dermatologist for further assessment when needed.

Mr. V N lybrate-user, Long standing diabetes does affect peripheral nerves leading to neuropathy and pain. Primary need is to have a strict blood glucose control with FBS closer to 100 mg & PP 150 to 160 mg /100 ml & HbA1c% <7.
If this is achieved there can be a faster improvement in the condition. Plus if pain is more, one may have to use certain drugs to control it along with strict blood glucose control. Thanks.

No, Specific medicine required. Fungal infection or ring worm. When occurs in groin, called jock itch. Usually, fungal infection is common in moist areas of the body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it.
