Dear lybrate-user. Aap ko purane cloth fekane ki jarurat nahi hai, bas aap apne sabhi clothes ko garam pani me 20 min ubal ke dhup me sukhane hai. N you can use it. N undergarments ko hamesha hi dhoop me sukhane hai, jis se fungus finish ho jaye.

1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6.Maintain personal hygiene

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. Fungal infection needs to treated with oral antifungals like fluconazole, itraconazole, terbinafine, griseofulvin if it is extensive. Otherwise creams- amrolfine, luliconazole, clotrimazole, terbinafine, dusting powders- clotimazole, soaps - ketoconazole can be used.
White spots can be because of a few diseases so it needs to be seen do that a diagnosis can be made.
