Creams like o2 derm are combination creams containing clobetasol which is a superpotent steroid. It may cause your fungal infection to subside for a while only to comeback after that. These never kills the fungus. These creams are dangerous for your skin as they cause multiple irreversible side effects and dependence. Consult a qualified dermatologist for your skin issue and avoid self medication.

Hi. You will need prescription medicines orally and to be applied topically. For steroid induced damage it will take months to years also to get normal. But first thing is to control the fungal infection. Send me a pic on personal chat and I will be able to diagnose and prescribe medicines accordingly.
