Clobenate must not be used in infection, stop it. Other antifungal medicine can be tried if fluconazole is not working. Apply cream of antifungal and also eat in tablet form for quick recovery.

Hello lybrate-user. You said that you are using derobin ointment and flucanazole tablet. I don't think derobin will help as it is a fungal infection. You need to apply an antifungal cream like miconazole. Also you have to tell me for how long you have been taking flucanazole. Fungal infection take time to resolve and course has to be completed properly so that it does not recur. I hope I was able to answer your question. In case if recurrent infection check your blood sugar. You can undergo vaginal culture and sensitivity investigation to know exact pathogenic organisms. And partener treatment is must along with this.
