My elder brother aged 51 years is asthmatic, at the same time he is a case of infantile spasm. He is on levipil 500 and tegrital 200 daily for his seizures. For asthma he uses foracort rotacaps 200. My mother told me he had never taken vaccines.in his childhood when he was vaccinated he had convulsions. My question is can he take covid vaccines? (he also has glaucoma)

I am 35 years old male. I live in mumbai and gets asthma attacks during rainy season every year. I am taking ascoril+ syrup. Montek lc, doxolin, seroflo rotacaps 250, and antibiotic megamox cv-625. They provide relief but when I stop taking medicine very next day I feel congestion in chest, so I have to take medicine again. And the cycle continues. Please help me. Hi. I am 46 years old male. Whenever I wake up in morning I sneeze a lot and have running nose. I, most of the times, found my nostrils blocked. I have to use otrivin for relief. While climbing stairs or walking, for instance, carrying my daughter, I am not able to breath properly so Doctor has diagnosed that I have asthma and I have to take rotacap 400 capsule almost daily. I am 65/male and suffering from Asthma/COPD since last 7 years. My medications include Seroflo 250 Inhaler (2+2 puffs-morning evening), Duolin Inhaler (1 puff 4-5 times a day) and Montek LC (1 a day). Instead of Seroflo 250 Inhaler, last month a chest specialist put me on Sequadra 110/50 rotacaps (1 a day) and Budecort 200 (2 times a day). Fow 2-3 days it worked wonders but then started side affects of these medicines which included problem in passing urine and inflammation of vocal cords which affected my speech - I could barely whisper only. I tried contacting that specialist but he went o 3 weeks leave leaving me in lurch. So I stopped Sequadra and Budecort and reverted to my Seroflo 250 Inhaler. Dear Dr. I have 2 questions to ask. 1. Is there any remedy for these side affects as those medicines were very effective. 2. Can I use Seroflo 250 in Rotacap form instead of Inhaler? Will switching cause any problem? Thanks n Regards.

Both medicine are effective, but sequdra and budecort have caused severe hoarseness so bette ravoid that. can continue with seroflo but seroflo rotacaps can also cause hoarseness. One have to do gargles with water after use of rotacaps to lessen chances of side effect.

No, not at all. It has nothing to do with curing scabies. As scabies is a mite infestation & steroids don't kill mites.

I am 64 years suffering from bronchitis asthma more than 6-7 years. First used to take tiomate inhaler and tablets as per chest specialist advise. Suddenly it was serious and at present taking rotacaps in inhaler. Asthaline -200 and beclate -400 caps daily. With other tablets. Doctor advised to wash mouth after taking caps, which I am not regular. But stops tablet taking when gas develops. Whenever taking eggs, milk and cold things it increases little. But my voice getting disturbed. Please advice
