Apply the cream 3-4 times if its an open dressing. If covered once a day is good. You can puncture the blister but do not remove the blister cover.

Seitz bath
take a tub filled with hot to warm water add betadine solution n sit in it for 7-10 min two times a day for seven to ten days.
Orally
tab augmentin duo 625 three times a day after food for seven to ten days.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for seven to ten days.
If it burst out hot foamentation with cotton two times than apply t bact oint+ fucidin oint locally. Till it heals.

The oral ofloxacin and ornidazole drugs along with sodium fusidate ointment for the application can heal a part of the abscess only without surgical drainage. You may need to drain the abscess.

Hormonal problems like pcod ,thyroid problems, genetic issues etc need to be checked. Moreover depending on your history, you are also suffering from folliculitis scalp (bumps on the scalp).
