Hello,
If the seizures are under control for the last 2 years it is worthwhile to taper off the drugs one by one. Some dependency may be there but first try to stop Clobazam. It has to be tapered down gradually over a period of 2-3 months . I suggest that you decrease 2.5 mg of clobazam every 20 days( complete tapering will take 80 days a bit long tapering but in view of your withdrawl symptoms that will be best after that you can taper Lacosam after consultation

Febrile convulsions are common in childrens. Note his daily activities if any problem consult to the doctor, in emergency cases reach out to the hospital. If still have convulsion problems, reach to homeopathic doctor which will be good for him.

A febrile seizure, or febrile convulsion, is an epileptic fit with a high body temperature. There is no serious underlying health issue. Occur 6 months and 5 years.
