Kindly continue medicines which your doctor has suggested for seizures.
Since you already had clot in brain , there is a possibility that you may be having clots in your leg that may be affecting the blood circulation in legs . Doppler examination of both feets can help . Also if your foot wear is tight than chnage it
Avoid prolonged standing on feets.
Leg elevation can also help to decrease medicines.
Decrease your salt intake in diet

If seizures are not getting controlled with medication you can go for epilepsy surgery. Get opinion for it in a good institute where epilepsy surgery is done.

You should go for checking of blood pressure. It might be due to increase in blood pressure. Avoid taking pillow under head while sleeping. Do not work constantly by bending your neck forward. Wear cervical collar during day hours. Consult me online for further exercise plan to get cured. Thanks.

Hello,
epilepsia partialis continua is a difficult thing to control and treat, sometimes the only answer is epilesy surgery. I would advise you to go to higher neurologic centre whichever is possible for you for further planning. Agar aap pahle gaye ho to wahin jaker dekho, iska ilaj mushkil hai shayad epilepsy surgery se theek ho sakta hai.

Following head injury, behavioral changes or changes in personality are quite common. She seems to be having some psychotic symptoms. Please take her to a neuropsychiatrist immediately. with the right medication it is likely her symptoms will improve. Given her significant medical and surgical history, it is recommended that she is assessed in person rather than taking advice online.

Hello, I am not very much convinced that you have complex partial seizures, the granuloma though in temporal region can induce seizures but the sequence is not suggestive at all according to the information you have posted. You can try a video eeg to further investigate the cause for same.

Your son definitely seems to have a viral infection. You are receiving the right treatment. Do not worry abut the cough. Viral coughs sometime take more than a week to recover.
