If it is ringworm those creams will definitely help. The only precaution for permanent cure from ringworm is to see that the infected area is kept dry as the ringworm heals only if the lesion is kept dry. Presence of water helps in ringworm multiplication.

Go for blood test of eosinophil count and IgE Level assay. If normal then oral antihistamine/steroid with onintment may be ADVICED. Jus t do the report. Dicussing after that.

First of all STOP doing your own treatment and consult a dermatologist. You are doing more harm to your skin by doing this. The creams you have mentioned have steroid and it has many side effects.
For getting a prescription you will have to start a private consult because I will have to see the extent. Use a normal powder to keep the area dry and wear loose fitting cotton clothes.

It include steroid that damage face and all skin area, why you use I do not know but it harm you body may be long term cause brain damage.

I will suggest you to apply micogel ointment at night after a thorough wash of the lesion and apply candid powder in morning and follow up after two weeks
