Dear Lybrate user, relief by inhaler means your bronchioles (small breathing tubes) are closing down due to some reason.
Usually asthma, copd patients experience this phenomenon. You need to undergo a full sputum test (afb, gram's stain and fungus) and a pft for confirmation of diagnosis, meanwhile you can use the inhaler (by spacer) and rinse your mouth with fresh water after use of inhaler.
You can upload the reports on Lybrate for a personalized treatment and advice.

Hello.
To answer your 2 different concerns pl (without knowing why you have been prescribed budesonide for lung? Long term or short term use?).
Budesonide and arvs- since you are using darunavir/ritonavir combo along with budesonide, it would be advisable to avoid budesonide use as its level may get increased, be it in any form, inhaler or spray, by ritonavir.
The preferred alternative is beclamethasone.
