Dear Lybrate user, there is no documented / reported case of liver toxicity with use of budesonide & formoterol (budamate) inhaled drugs.
Since you have observed a rising of liver enzymes, it would be advisable to contact your treating doctor and reduce the dose of your inhaler (because all medicines pass through liver and may cause further problem)
you also need to contact a dm gastroenterology and try to find reason for liver problem.

You need to get yourself evaluated by pulmonologist near u. I doubt pft can be done at this hour (due to covid 19 threat) but you will surely get proper guidance. Only oral tablets is not a good solution for asthma.
Inhalers are required even if in small quantity. Also visit a gynaecologist regarding your menstrual problem ,take care.

Look formonide contains both medicines which are required for long term symptoms and also for treating sudden increase in cough. Additional doses of levolin (asthalin) is not required.
