Hello, as per latest guidelines the dose for budesonide recommended for covid 19 is 800 mcg twice a day. If you have 100 mcg capsule, then its difficult to take 8 capsules at a time. Kindly arrange by requesting your pharmacist or re-visit your treating physician for alrternatives. Take care.

It is completely safe to use inhalers throughout the year, if the inhalers are providing relief from asthmatic spells and prevents asthma attacks. It is better to wash the mouth after budesonide use. But, same dose should not be given without consulting a pulmonologist.

Instead take homoeopathic treatment.... You can consult me for it.. I will need some details like since when are you suffering.. what are the conditions that make it worse or better.... and do you have productive cough or dry?? Once I have the details... I can prescribe a good medicine...
