The cause for your sleepiness needs evaluation. Could be due to some antihistamine tablet if you have been prescribed for your allergies. Could be lack of sleep in night due to your schedule. Moda alert is not to be taken for this reason. Kindly consult the doctor who is treating your asthma.

It contains steroids.
Just gives temporary relief and does not cure the problems.
It can damage kidney, joints, heart etc.
The better option is homoeopathic treatment.

Dear lybrate-user
if you are still having shortness of breath, perhaps a dose increment is required after doing a lung function test. Inhalers are the best way to treat asthma with no side effects so do not worry about it being a habit if inhalers are taken correctly, at this age, there are very high chances that they will be stopped in a while. Most teenagers recover completely before adulthood.
So please do not worry and consult your chest physician regards.
