Budamate and esiflo have same class of medicine. So both are same approximately. In excebation you should take short acting like duolin inhaler.

If patient is asthmatic and the above drug could control her symptoms before pregnancy, then there is no harm if the drug is continued. But if patient is not asthmatic, it's better to go for other drugs.

They are not the same but you can still use aerocort incase you can not not find foracort .but preferably foracort is advised.
