Yes you can do that. Foracart is supposed to enter your lung by inhalation but some amount is usually taken in the food pipe that can cause bitter feeling. Taking water should not effect the efficacy of drug.

No. It's not taken orally.
It is to be inhaled after inserting it into revolizer/ lupihalerhaler device.
