I have asthma from last 2-3 years (that's what I discovered when I continuously do coughing in a sudden weather change). I took budetrol 200 for 1 month and then I looked homeopathy solutions instead of taking inhalers for a very long time (i'm 33 running) have been taking homeopathy medicine from almost 2 months now but many of the times I need to take inhaler once a day. (currently I am taking salbutamol sulphate rotacaps 200 mcg) I want to know is this ever curable? Is there any test to know the trigger agent (food/atmosphere/etc.)? Is there any exercise that I do permanently long time and it helps to always control and I do not feel the need of taking inhalers to breathe properly? Is there any surgery or something else? I feel practically its very tough to take care of yourself from the precautionary measures to be taken (like do not eat this/do not stay in ac/do not go to cold weather/etc.)

Hello, for asthma treatment there are two types of medication, controller and reliver.
Controller is to be taken regularly to avoid exacerbation and reliver is to be taken only during emergency purpose. Asthalin is a reliver.
So to get your asthma in control you need to get yourself checked from a chest physician and start a proper controller therapy.
If you feel the need to take asthalin once a day meaning other treatments are clearly not working! tc.

Now I am 20 years old as my age in increased my breathing difficulty is under little control now. I didn't use rotacaps for 7-8 months from March to November and In winter My breathing difficulty occurs very frequently as it occurs I use rotacaps. However, if you seek permanent CURE, you'd need to look beyond Allopathic Medicine to Holistic MediCare. And, as a pioneer of this speciality, I can assure you of a...more
