Hi you should start isotretinoin 20 mg capsules 1 daily after dinner for 4-5 months. At night you can apply adapalene + benzoyl peroxide gel on affected areas. Use salicylic acid+glycolic acid based facewash twice in a day. Continue using clindamycin gel in the morning and also apply sunscreen in daytime. You can undergo chemical peeling treatment if your acnes don't get better once in every 2-3 weeks for 4-5 sittings. You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day)

Look for irritation and burning. If there is no such complaint, you can continue. But in case of excessive burning, just apply for 5-10 minutes and then wash off with water.

Using clindamycin & nicotinic acid for black spots is of no use, these medications are used for treatment & prevention of acne.
Black spots need depigmenting agents. U can stop adapalene & benzyl peroxide gel. Continue clindamycin and nicotinic acid gel to prevent new pimples. Restrict your calorie & diary products intake. Wash your face frequently.
