No you have to carry it every time with you you can keep extra inhaler in your bag in worst condition you can take tab allegra -m and tab abphylline-sr 200 both at night also you can keep one SERETIDE ACCUHALER (50/250 mcg) device with you its a round disk with dose counter easy to administer
avoid cold drinks and allergic substances take care.

HI Mayank... If you will start inhaler then there are chances that you will have to take them more often... everytime with increasing dose... means you will develop a dependence...

Instead take homoeopathic treatment.... You can consult me for it.. I will need some details like since when are you suffering.. what are the conditions that make it worse or better.... and do you have productive cough or dry?? Once I have the details... I can prescribe a good medicine...
