Most common symptom of hormonal problem is delayed menses and weight gain. You have both so you r likely to be suffering from pcod which can be easily diagnosed with ultrasound and fsh, lh, tsh and prolactin blood test. If you ever had sex after last menses then it would be worth if you check for the pregnancy with home urine pregnancy test. If there is no issue like this then please get all this tests done to help you better.

The main cause of PCOD is hormonal imbalance. It profoundly affects woman's hormonal cycle, but don't worry PCOD can affects a female fertility only by 30%. So in our practice we have seen a complete and permanent balancing of hormonal cycle which is visible in terms of regular menstrual cycle and afterwards analyzing the other factor. We can work on all this factor.

A TSH reading above 4.0 mIU/L is considered high (elevated). High TSH levels typically indicates an underactive thyroid gland, which produces too little thyroid hormone. This is known medically as hypothyroidism. ... Summary: High TSH levels for the average adult are 4.2 mIU/L and over. So your thyroid level is fine and vitamin D is very low and need supplement . The other results are in acceptable range and you only need to have good balanced diet

Dear lybrate-user, the testosterone deficienty is marginal. You can improve the testosteron level by exercises, eating lot of fruits and vegetables, engaging in social situations etc. Do not forget to get sun bath atleast one hour per day. You should work with your urologist for the solution. Take care.
