Dear lybrate-user. Provided that your weight is appropriate for your height (I.e. BMI is normal) and you have regular cycles, if your egg cycle is not increasing beyond 11 mm, in the next cycle you need to have additional injectable drugs (called gonadotropins) to hep in follicle development. Kindly get a baseline day 2/3 FSH and LH investigation as a baseline as well. Regards.

Considering your information of FSH levels being 3.10 and LH levels being 5.50; they're in the normal range. Considering your age, it is important to have an insight into your ovarian reserve. Day 2 FSH is not a very accurate determinant of ovarian reserve since it can vary from cycle to cycle. Good to Know:

I am pcod patient after my treatment. On the month of January I had sex and take unwanted 72 after taking this is had 3 days bleeding from. Then on 28th February I again had bleeding that's was my periods. Then I was waiting for the month of March but this month my periods didn't come instead of March my periods come on the month of April at 15th April. I do my hormonal profile tests on the 3rd day of periods. The result of tests is below: 1, fsh: 6.65mlU/ml 2, LH:9.85mlU/ml 3, prolactin:6.58 ng/ml 4, Testosterone:64. 43 ng/dl and normal range is between 14. 00_76.00 Please tell me my hormonal profile is fine and if it is fine what happen to me. I have hair fall And few acne on chin Portion. If this happen because of hormonal imbalance but I think my hormonal profile Is fine then what happens to me.

There is an increased chance of ovarian failure after hysterectomy. You can get your serum FSH done .in menopause (or ovarian failure) serum FSH levels rise.

Every women starts having menstruation around the age of 12 to 14 and stops menstruation around the age of 40 years. If your periods are regular and the cysts were follicular, there should be no problem. If the cysts are of any other type i.E. Endometriotic etc. You will need guidance from a gynec.

The reasons for your amenorrhea is pcos. Since your lh and FSH ratio is high, you are not ovulating and hence the amenorrhea.

As per your report since your amh level is low and high fsh you are not having good no and quality of eggs, so you may not be able to conceive naturally. So ivf is a better option for you.
Still if you want a natural cycle you should go for it asap with wasting time.
