If your periods are regular and the cysts were follicular, there should be no problem. If the cysts are of any other type i.E. Endometriotic etc. You will need guidance from a gynec.

The reasons for your amenorrhea is pcos. Since your lh and FSH ratio is high, you are not ovulating and hence the amenorrhea.

As per your report since your amh level is low and high fsh you are not having good no and quality of eggs, so you may not be able to conceive naturally. So ivf is a better option for you.
Still if you want a natural cycle you should go for it asap with wasting time.
