Taking supplements alone is not a solution.
Treat the cause of the problem. By proper homoeopathic treatment.
The body then will heal itself.
You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment.

Ofcourse you can. It all depends on you
Your doctor has given you good treatment and his/her job is done.
Now comes your part.
Exercise - start with 30 min walk, start a new sport, join dancing classes or take yoga lessons. You can start slow but be consistent.
Nutrition - very important, fruits and vegetables should be more than junk foods. Drinks 2-3 lts of water. Avoid oily salty sugary foods.
Pregnancy is a beautiful process, enjoy it.

Hi. Pms can occur anytime during the month and sometimes even during your mensus. Early pregnancy could be symptomless in some and can present as loss of apetite/nausea/vomiting/increase frequency of micturition etc. Its unlikely that pregnancy symptoms appear so soon. If your trying to conceive, try around ovulation and wait. Upt done too quickly will not gv result. Continue taking folic acid.
