Hello! If this is a first time infection you might take it as a single dose but if this is a recurring infection then you might take it daily for 7 days followed by once weekly for 6 weeks and get a blood sugar done. Plesse check interactions with any other medication you might be taking too.

3. Wear cotton under garments
4. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.

you should keep the groin area perfectly dry. so after bath and once in a while dry the groin area with cloth, and apply powder. as we should not prescribe medicines in this open questions, come back in private consult which is free for me for guidance. mean while apply any talcum powder in the groin area after drying it. if there is any rash you need to use medicine for the same. If its only of black colour do the above you will have relief
