Hello. Use clindamycin gel like faceclin gel on the pimple very little amount or one pea size drop for full face once a day for 20 days and not more since acne develops resistance to it over time. Pimples if come very frequently, require a long course of tablets so see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory response.
