Every patient has 3 choices: 1.Allopathy - gives quick results but is not very safe for long term use.
2.Homeopathy- is safe but very slow and in most of cases it can not stop the spread of disease i.e old patches show some recovery but new white patches continue to come even while using the medication.
3.Ayurveda -If one thinks about. It is difficult to find a good Consultant.
There are many queries about differential diagnosis ,causes ,triggers, is it genetic, diet, curable etc.more

Your symptoms are suggestive of allergic rhinitis for which fluticasone spray is very effective and it can be used for longer duration on continuous basis but take treatment only after consulting doctor.

Dear madam, you must realise that medication in your case will definitely be prolonged which will have its own side effects. Today there are many motivational centres for undergoing surgery, and your surgery is not at all life threatening and at the same time necessary.

Apply permethrin 5% (single application) to take care of residual infestation (if any). If you have applied permethrin last time then try ivermectin cream this time.
After that apply thin layer of fluticasone cream for 5-7 days.
Must take all the precautions & prevention explained by last treating physician for scabies and it's treatment.

white patches can be due to so many causes like infection, eczema, vitiligo, pityriasis, leprosy, etc.. A pic will help in diagnosing and treating your problem. ,Use a gentle cleansing lotion and non comedogenic sunscreen on your face.

If you consulted a qualified dermatologist and he/ she diagnosed it lichen planus, then it could be, though its rare on penis. Lichen planus is common on mucosal surfaces. Teczine and flutivate are not the cure for lichen planus as its not curable. You can consult with the picture of the lesion and you will be guided well. Thanks. Teczine and flutivate are not the.
