Every patient has 3 choices: 1.Allopathy - gives quick results but is not very safe for long term use.
2.Homeopathy- is safe but very slow and in most of cases it can not stop the spread of disease i.e old patches show some recovery but new white patches continue to come even while using the medication.
3.Ayurveda -If one thinks about. It is difficult to find a good Consultant.
There are many queries about differential diagnosis ,causes ,triggers, is it genetic, diet, curable etc.more

Dear madam, you must realise that medication in your case will definitely be prolonged which will have its own side effects. Today there are many motivational centres for undergoing surgery, and your surgery is not at all life threatening and at the same time necessary.

Apply permethrin 5% (single application) to take care of residual infestation (if any). If you have applied permethrin last time then try ivermectin cream this time.
After that apply thin layer of fluticasone cream for 5-7 days.
Must take all the precautions & prevention explained by last treating physician for scabies and it's treatment.

Hi,
thanks for contacting me.
Your son is possibly suffering from eczema/ dandruff of the scalp.
Treatment would involve keeping the scalp'moist'
use a good quality oil to massage the roots and then wash it off after 10 minutes with a baby'no-tears' shampoo.
If the problem persists, talk to me on private chat or consult your pediatrician.
Warm regards

Keeping in mind your ageand the sites involved. Scalp and nose. It is more likely that you have seborrheic dermatitis rather than psoriasis. But would require a more extensive history and clinical examination to confirm.
With regards to vitiligo, if it is confirmed, you can apply FLUTIVATE cream in the morning for 3 weeks MELBUILD lotion at night
and revert thereafter.

Just massage 2 tablespoons lemon juice into your scalp and rinse with water. Then stir 1 teaspoon lemon juice into 1 cup water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat this daily until your dandruff disappears. Lemon's acidity helps balance the pH of your scalp, which helps keeps dandruff away.Even if you use shampoo apply coconut oil and leave it on scalp
