Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. OCD is not a mental disease but is a mental disorder. Mental disorders are always treated with psychotherapy, counseling and life style changes. Medicines are given only when required extremely. You are just 20 and the medicines are apt. I suggest online psychotherapy. Take care.

Generally effects of the drugs usually comes in 3-4 weeks but this is lowest dose for OCD. So you have to Consult any Psychiatrist directly for proper optimization of the doses and further follow up.
