Asked for male, 19 years old from Kolkata

Sir I am suffering from cough since 7 months now. So much irritation in my throat. I've done such tests like blood count test, sputum test, ecg, chest x-ray, lung function test, ige test, sinus x-ray. All are normal except ige is above 1000 and sinus x ray is chronic maxillary sinusitis. My one side nose always blocked, and it alters from one and other. And i've also found two peanut type gland swollen middle of upper throat. And it swollen up more when cough increases and reduce in size when cough reduces. And I had many anti allergic like levocetirizine, montelukast, billastine, alevo tablets, fluticasone furoate nasal spray, but didn't work. Can anyone help me?

I have running nose cough and sneezing for past several days. My blood report Hb --14.2 RBC count -- 4.98 million / cu mm Platelet -- 3.04 lakhs/cu mm WBC --10,100 neutrophil --77% Lymphocytes --12% Bilirubin -- 0.85 CRP -- 1.9 WIDAL test -- negative What could be the problem? Is it allergy?

Sir I have been suffering from skin infection and allergies due to use of various drugs. It all started 3 years back, had a small breakout. Used jooves facewash and without washing slept for 2hrs and then washed. Got infection, reddened skin on the cheeks and allergy. Since then went to many dermatologists. Used various type of drugs from azithromycin 500, isotretonin 20, doxycycline, Allergic drug levocetrizine, benzyl peroxide2.5, clindamycin gel. Etc. Use of these drugs have damaged my skin. Then On one occasion got sun burn went to a Dr. Prescribed me fluticasone propionate, sun burn was cured BT got acne rosacea, the same Dr. Gave me metrogyl gel rosacea was cured. But side effects. Now there is visible veins on the cheeks, skin texture is very bad, and some pimples are there. Skin gets reddened on the damaged part of cheeks on exposure to any form of heat. Like sun, watching laptops, etc. Please dear sir advice me what to do. I m from silchar, Assam. Please help me cure and get a nice skin Present condition skin has lost collagen becomes red on heat exposure and gets sunburn frequently.

I am 21 year old male and I had a dry skin and scalp for the past 6 7 years which in time lead to dandruff and then seborrheic dermatitis and eczema, flaky skin, red skin/ irritation on my face, scalp and other parts. I am getting treatments from different dermatologist since past 2.5 years and almost all of them always advised me different types of anti fungal containing ingredients such as ketoconazole, ciclopirox olamine, zinc pyrithione, salicylic acid, fluconazole, terbinafine, fluticasone etc in different forms such as shampoos, creams, sprays, tablets. Now the thing is that almost 80% of the antifungal does their work, cleans the flakes and rashes but as soon as I discontinue these products, all the symptoms and flakiness tends to come back the very next day. All of these antifungal cleans the flakes but they do not really help in stopping them from coming back. I am very frustrated right now because you can not really use tons of these every single day for the rest of your life (and you should not they have side effects). This one doctor gave me an adequate reason after the blood test was that my blood eosinophil count was higher (536) than normal range (40-440). I could really really use some treatment or advice regarding how to stop these symptoms from coming back, thank you.
