Dryness occurs due to mouth breathing Normal upper airway nose etc keep the temperature and humidity regulation.
If you have Sinusitis or Nasal Allergy it might be less effective.
Check with s Pulmonologist if all is well.

Hi, I assume that you have asthma. You are using inhalers but not getting relief. Reasons
- use a spacer this eliminates any improper technique - if your asthma severity increased - same medications might not work so meet your doctor adjust the dose of inhalers
- if you have infection- needs antibiotics along with inhalers
- some times addition of steroids can improve your condition so meet your pulmonologist.
