You have written your diagnosis as allergic asthma, but have no complain of breathlessness and nly sore throat that too in winters. Can be allergic rhinitis/ allergic laryngopharyngitis. or cold air induced laryngopharyngitis. Serum IGE and personnal and family h/o allergy can decide issue of allergy. Can try anti allergic tab at bed time.

You should have recovered by now. 1. Do saline gargles daily (preferably twice).
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

It can be because of sinusitis or DNS or adenoids or allergic rhinitis etc. I need details of case. In the meanwhile do this

Probably you are suffering from obstructive airway disease. You have to confirm your diagnosis by relevant investigations like car pa, ecg, spirometry and blood tests in consultation with chest physician. After that you will be able to know the exact diagnosis and duration of your treatment.

Hope you are suffering from chronic sinusitis with rhinitis. You are prone to dust allergy which causes nosal block with congestion occasionally. As the season changes it becomes tropical with resistant cold. So don't be worried about it. Try to overcome it by some home remedies as suggested:-
