* give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes daily.

The medications you are using:
propanolol is for preventive migraine attacks naproxen is a pain killer flunarizine is again used in cases of preventive migraine attacks even after taking this your having headaches that means something is wrong somewhere that needs to be properly nd clinically evaluated by a neurologist.
My advice would be to consult a nearby neurologist to get treated properly.
