Both clonazepam and flunarazine are not antidepressants. But a benzodiazepine and anti migraine medication. Ideally consult a psychiatrist and get your depressive symptoms evaluated before taking a course of antidepressants for effective recovery. Good luck.

Dear user, I wish you speedy recovery. Now coming to your problem - aura and tinnitus are symptoms than a disease, there are many causes need to be ruled out and treat you aptly.
1) do not engage in any kind of vehicle driving, especially two wheelers (if you have vertigo)
2) some audiology evaluation and radiological investigations (ct mastoid) to be done
3) family history of migraine?
4) cervical strengthening exercises get well soon.
