Hello, I am taking Montek LC (half/day) over the last 7 years with Asthalin inhaler 200 (Max 4 puff/day). Is it safe to use tablet Montek LC daily for asthma? Now I have gastric issues over the last 1 year (Functional Nausea). Does long term use of montek lc cause gastric problems? If yes, Please suggest me a way to discontinue or change this medicine. I am in trouble. Thank you.

Better try discontinuing montek lc,if no rhinitis. switch to LABA and ICS combination by inhalation in place of asthlin

Is it necessary for me to use? 2) he has also advised me not to take ice creams for a life time and if I will not I'll catch the problem again as tonsils grow again. Is it true? If not until how many days should I resist eating ice creams.

Madam,
No need of tab. Romilast. Tonsil, if completely removed, it cannot regrow. You can warm salt water gargling 3 times per day for 1 month. You can take zinc preparation to increase your immunity. For any clarification get back to me.

You should follow the instructions given by your treating physician. If your tosillar tissues are removed competely during operation then there are no chances of tonsils growing again and there is no contraindication of taking ice cream. After tonsillectomy we advise all our patients to take ice cream as their first oral diet.

Hello doctor .I have been suffering from winter asthma for 5 years. It comes only in winter .doctor gave me romilast 10 and theo asthalin tablets .first few years I had been taking those medicines when attack came. But I heard that it's good to take inhaler than medicine pills. So I am taking normal inhaler asthalin. But its not working good .if I spray 4 times then it works but last for only 4 to 6 hours .please suggest me a steroid inhaler thanks.

asthlin inhalation is a rescue medicine , need to be taken in emergency. Take LABA and ICS combination by inhalation with spacer regularly Once controlled then can take onlt ICS inhalation in maintenance dose a anti inflamatory medicine.

Allergy is due to pollution, sudden weather changes etc. I am taking precautions like not exposing to pollution etc. To take care of Asthma. Hello sir continue with tab montec lc for 3 months and side by side do regular physical excercise including breathing exercises .then you can start taking alternate days for 15 days and then if fine gradually leave .if not continue the treatment.
