Hi, first of all I would suggest you that for medication part you should talk to your treating doctor so that he can make changes in doses or medicines. Secondly I would highly suggest you to go for cbt and erp therapies with a good psychotherapist. Cognitive behaviour therapy works wonders in case of anxiety and exposure response prevention therapy works very effectively in ocd.

Dear thanks for asking your querry here. You concern is genuine. For psychosis the dose of risperidone is less. But the dose of fludac for ocd is ok. I am not aware about current psychotic symptoms of your brother. If still he has delusion or hallucoinations, you may ask for a review by his psychiatrist who may consider increasing the dose of risperidone.

Dear Khan,
There are different disorders presenting with similar complaints. You may be suffering from Generalised Anxiety Disorder and your doctor would have diagnosed it. So, she/he treating with petril beta. Your friend would have thought that you are suffering from Mixed Anxiety Depressive Disorder and would have advised fludac in addition.

Alternatively or with your medicines You can engage yourself in some form of yoga or relaxation to take care of your stress and anxiety as apparently from your situation it seems you are very anxious. You should also share issues with close friends and pursue your hobbies to buildup your self esteem. Maybe gardening, writing, painting, music etc.
