Hello..
Find out wt kind of allergy u hv, like soaps,any cosmetics,more tym in water,or any chemicals allergy,any perticular food allergy etc. once we gt the source of allergy we cn control it by avoiding its exposure.
U cn apply Flucort N ointment two times per day for 15 days.
Apply Venusea cream immediately after bath.
Alokem gel + calamine lotion,mix both n.apply 2-3 Times per day.
Prosoft soap for bath.
Cap eposoft once a day after food for 3 months.

During change of season ...generally skin problems due to sudden change in temperature ....contraction ....like a hot glass when suddenly put into cold water it breaks .....skin do cracks .....so take care second number of creams from aloe/honey or other combinations are there and then some moisturizers ....but need all natural pure and from some world top nutraceutical,company ,,,,may advice you on request .....but take it for granted eating has nothing to do with eating ....it may be stress .....more

Do you have dandruff problem as well. Regularly wash your hair with mild shampoo. 1. Vitamin for hair loss.(a, b and c)
2. Enrich diet with protein. 3. Scalp massage with essential oils. Take coconut oil and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage your scalp with this hot oil for a few minutes.
