Hello doctor, I am 27 years old, unmarried. I was having an irregular period from last 4-5 months. So I did an ultrasound and all other blood tests as recommended by gynaecologist. My reports are normal. Still, the doctor recommended me to take dronis-30 from 5th day of the period and lose 4-5 kg weight. I started taking pills 26 jan 2019 and got an allergic reaction on hand from 27th jan. The doctor told me that it was nothing. So, I neglect it. After 20 days it was spread all over my torso. The doctor then told me that it was ringworm. After 10 days of taking pills for ringworm, no improvement was observed. So, again I went to a skin doctor. She told me that it is pityriasis rosea. Although new red patches are appearing, but the older ones are healing. But I stopped using dronis 30 after 2 pills on 25th feb 2019 and 26th feb. My last period was on 20th feb. Today I got my period again. Is this the side effect of dronis 30? Will it affect my normal period? Is pityriasis rosea the side the effect of dronis-30? How many days it will take to completely heal pityriasis rosea. I am taking intracef-500, hhfexo 180 and applying the mixture of dermadew lotion and flucort lotion.

I was diagnosed telogen effluvium by a&nbsp; dermatologist on 21 september 2016. My hairloss started around 20 august 2016. I shedded for 7-10 days&nbsp; and then it stopped on its own. I was going through a rough time in my life so I realised it after a week that my hair is falling in excess amount. I went to a dermatologist who diagnosed it as TE. I was highly depressed about my hairloss at the time I went to the doctor. She gave me tugain 2% to use for 21 days. Tugain has 2% minodoxil w/v and 63% absolute alcohol v/v. The doctor did not tell me how to use it. I read the prescription which stated not to use more than one ml in single application. Since my hairloss was diffuse I wondered how to use just one ml on the entire scalp. This was my biggest mistake. I used the medicine for 7-8 days and within 7-8 days I finished two bottles each of 60 ml. I feel so dumb. I used it in huge amounts. I stopped using it after 7-8 days since it was causing dandruff flakes on my scalp. 12 days after stopping tugain I started to shed gain in huge amounts for 4-5 days. Within 4-5 days I lost about 15% of my hair density. I called the doctor who prescribed me tugain, she said that hairloss is temporary and stop using tugain and then continue again after some while. I could not say her much because it was my mistake as I did not read the prescription. <br> The base contained absolute alcohol which I read on the internet is a harmful agent. I am so scared right now. Have I killed my hairfollicles by using it excessively? It has been more than a month since I used the medicine and hairloss occurred, I am. Afraid my follicles were damaged hence my hair fell out and now they are destroyed by now.
